This 1-Day workshop equips directors, managers and supervisors with a better understanding of the characteristics of high performance teams, how to communicate in teams, how to manage team diversity, harness the generational differences in teams.

Ken would also share on the USA Profiling tool – Emergenetics® Model and its relevant application at the workplace. This tool would help to enhance individuals’ self awareness through better understanding of their own thinking and behavioral attributes. It would also help them to lead, communicate and manage teams better through the WEteam™ concept.
