About Santhanaram Jayaram

RamSanthanaram Jayaram is a Business Communication Coach & speaker with an MBA in International Business who strongly believes in his mission of H.O.P.E , Helping Other People Effectively. Ram has conceptualized a program “C.O.D.E.W.O.R.D for success”. Achieving numerous speaking awards and the Outstanding Individual Suggestion Award in the Public sector, Ram, with a diverse industry experience, injects creativity and humour to his workshops thru simple pointers and illustrations.

Ram is a Master Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (MNLP) Practitioner, as awarded by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology. Ram has also qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 2005, 2006 & 2007 in sales of financial instruments that allows him to enrich his participants with the sales & customer service psychology.

Some of the companies facilitated by Ram are, McDonalds,Leisure Group Sentosa, Singapore Zoo, Jurong Bird Park, Mustafa Shopping Centre, People Association, Cleaning Express,Hemochrom(Mumbai), Eventus,Gallery Hotel, F1, Ascott Group, Singapore Police Force, Singapore Press Holdings, Cheers, Delta Airlines, PICO Art, Grant Thornton, etc. He was the Lead Actor of a Local Singapore Movie – Kallang Roar, starring in over 50 over productions from TV commercials, Advertisements, TV Sitcoms, Hosting, and Interactive Training Programs.

Ram is the Head of Membership Relations at the Association of Professional Trainers Singapore. A Professional Member at the Asia Professional Speakers Singapore and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Ram is the current director of Delta Story Pte Ltd (Market research & Market communication), Inspired Life Academy Pte Ltd (Training & Consultancy) and 2be3 Consultancy (Coaching & Consultancy).
