Harithas holds an MBA in International Management Degree from the University of South Australia. He is one of the recipients for the Life Long Award for the year 2002.
He has more than 25 years of working experience in the operations, facilities, estate and logistics field holding supervisory and managerial positions. He is currently a freelance lecturer and management trainer. He provides consultancy in the areas of operation, logistics, facilities, estates management and general management.
Mr Harithas has been teaching with the Productivity and Standards Board since 1995 in the areas of supervision and quality. He also lectures in the academic programmes in advance diploma and diploma for Material Management Consultants in the areas of Facilities and Estate Management, Logistics and Construction Management, Operations Management and Principles of Management for Management Development Institute of Singapore.
He specialises in the areas of WIT’s, Supervision and Soft Skills like Group effectiveness, Team Building, Personal Effectiveness, Creativity and Problem Solving, Leadership and Communication. He has been a member, leader and a facilitator himself during his working days. He has undergone training in these areas himself. He is able to impart his knowledge across easily due to his high participation during his time in a team. His clients include Singapore Police Force, MINDEF, Pan United Shipyard, Temasek Polytechnic, NTUC Income, Isetan, LTA, MOE, SCC and also does public runs.
He is also a volunteer with Singapore Prisons Service running workshops for inmates on a monthly basis in all the institutions. He also runs motivational workshops in Malaysia.
