Peter Lim has helped countless individuals and many organizations in their journey to maximize their resources; and he has attempted to do so in ways that people enjoy it. Not one to “teach”, Peter puts effort into setting a conducive learning environment because “everybody wants to learn – if only we let them”, and learns along with everyone.
He is a trainer with much real life experience in leadership, teambuilding, guest/customer interactions and personal effectiveness. His past leadership appointments included: Battalion 2IC (21 DSSB), Managing Director (RED Realty and Management PL), General Manager (Grandhome International PL) and President (Society of Business Studies, Ngee Ann Polytechnic). His communication and interaction experience includes intervarsity debating, public affairs (SAF), acting, selling, marketing, and script-writing.
In recent years as a professional trainer, Peter’s focus of training has been in Service, Communication, and Personal Effectiveness. Organisations that he has helped trained in the last 3 years include:

Peter has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) degree and a diploma in Business Studies. He is ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certified. A cancer survivor, Peter is a volunteer with Touch Community Services.
